I'm taking the dates for face value. They ship sooner that'll be a plus. I have 2013 Mac Pro to hold over my creative needs.
What are your specs? I'm also in the SF Bay Area and I ordered at 7 PM on 10/27. Yet, my ship date is much later than yours.

Low end 15" stock.
My dates are different after getting my shipment "upgraded" by a CS rep. Take it with a grain of salt, some are saying even though the dates are sooner, it ships slower (?).
I trust it'll come when it's supposed to come.
Bay area here. My specs is 512+16+13". Delivery date: 22 Nov. - 30 Nov. ordered at 4-5 PM 10/27

15" BTO TB 2.9/512/16/460 checking in from SF Bay Area. Ordered Oct 29 at 11:30pm pst with an estimated delivery of Nov 29 - Dec 6. Hope to see movement sometime this coming week.

I ordered the same config, about 2-3 hours later than you. What a difference those few hours made!
Still haven't been charged
I checked about 5 times today for a pending charge.
I was told, we would be charged this weekend, or later. The wait is torturing.
Ya I'm even more anxious to get it since seeing people in the main shipping thread receiving their orders.
This week or later....this is nonsense. The scheduled delivery date is "later"
I'm also in Canada. Toronto to be exact. 3 weeks, delivery window from November 25 to December 5.
I'm basically in both windows at this point...
I think it is not the main reason we have two delivery groups.. A few of our groups are charged now based, we are in line for it.
I just canceled my order. Turns out the Apple store near by had the exact BTO I was looking for but with an upgraded drive (1tb instead of the 512gb that i initially ordered online). I walked in and picked up a 15", 2.9GHZ, 16gb, AMD 460 beast. Its replacing my 2013 13" rMBP and I couldn't be happier with this purchase.
The extra screen real estate is something I didn't appreciate until I sat down for the past few hours setting up the machine and replying to emails. Despite the online criticism, I am really happy with the purchase. How happy? Let me express it in a convenient EMOJI form,

How quick does Apple process orders? Showed Macbook available for pick up today and I was charged on my card. But my order is still showing as processing.
