Well.. Maybe for you… for me it is not…
I have Severe back problems at the moment, Some days even a walk from the bed to the toilet is a painfull exercise.
I am happy if I get 8 good days in a montt that I can walk 15minutes. And I would be very happy if I get 15 days !

Maybe. But I will do it for sure. My personal goal for this year was 12 perfect months and 12 challenges. As November is pretty much safe, December will not stop me at all. And then - 2022 - I will have a big break. 🙂
