Just include walking as well. You’ll get there.Don’t think I’ll be able to make it either.

I need to get 90 exercise minutes a day to get my November challenge. As of yesterday I was at almost 600 (needed 630 to stay on pace). I have some vacation and holidays this month, so if I can get in some longer runs on those days then I may be able to meet this challenge.I thought I was more in front than I am. I've gone from 1239 Kcal a day to 1220. Thats not much of a move. Better go and jog or something! How you guys doing? On target?
wow, "900 exercise minutes a day" - that does barely leave time to eat/sleep ...I need to get 900 exercise minutes a day to get my November challenge. Oopsy! That should be 90 minutes per day. Hey, what's a factor of 10 between friends. ?wow, "900 exercise minutes a day" - that does barely leave time to eat/sleep ...![]()

I find I like the holidays / vacation days since I have more time to do stuff, so (for me) it is easier to get in a longer workout.I’m better on work days. I follow a routine. On holiday days (like today). I’m rubbish.
We don’t get that one here in the U.K.Easy for me, Thank You all veterans for your service!

Yea, it’s a US holiday, not sure that there are any challenges related to other countries holidays, I guess “designed in California” comes to playWe don’t get that one here in the U.K.
