Don’t think I’ll be able to make it either.

I thought I was more in front than I am. I've gone from 1239 Kcal a day to 1220. Thats not much of a move. Better go and jog or something! How you guys doing? On target?
I need to get 90 exercise minutes a day to get my November challenge. As of yesterday I was at almost 600 (needed 630 to stay on pace). I have some vacation and holidays this month, so if I can get in some longer runs on those days then I may be able to meet this challenge.

Edit: should have typed 90 minutes per day, not 900. Guess the coffee hasn't kicked in yet.

wow, "900 exercise minutes a day" - that does barely leave time to eat/sleep ... ;)o_O

I’m better on work days. I follow a routine. On holiday days (like today). I’m rubbish.
I find I like the holidays / vacation days since I have more time to do stuff, so (for me) it is easier to get in a longer workout.

Either way is good, though, as long as you get in your exercise. ?

Not going to make the challenge this month as I'm going to trade in my watch and waiting for a new one to arrive. But good luck to everyone else. See you all soon for December challenge. :);):D

I never pay attention to these, but I happened to see my November challenge at the beginning of the month and thought to myself: WTAF?! Although it looks like I'll hit it. ??
