I have not been able to do much working out for nearly this whole year. They are easing me back into a routine.

Despite others expressing their discontentment over 14 day challenges, I’m happy to have more wiggle room this month vs. my challenge last month (28 days). I primarily run, and sometimes struggle with adjusting to the change of seasons and colder weather.

Personally, I think 21 days would strike a nice balance as long as the challenge metric itself is difficult enough. That way challenges wouldn’t get lost over a single social event, sickness, vacation, etc.

Mine is to burn 1,340 Calories per day 14 times.

I agree with @Kaylor , I appreciate the wiggle room. I am active everyday, but I don't want to be 1,340 calories active everyday. When I first got my watch I was getting the run or walk X amount of miles a month, which sometimes wasn't hard, but when every following month I got run or walk 5 more miles a month, it got to be unsustainable.

I do wish Apple would mix it up more though... vary the amount of days as well as different types of exercise.

As it turns out my Apple fitness + free trial just came to an end today. It has been a great 7 months of working out with these amazing trainers and guest athletes. I even love doing Stacks as it helps me plan my workouts during tight deadlines and schedules like working longer hours and school days.

Edit ✍️: NVM Apple support has been able to get my additional free trial code to work. They are even nice enough to give me three months instead of two months to extend it to all winter break long! Now I can continue this challenge and assign stacks day by day.
