I have not been able to do much working out for nearly this whole year. They are easing me back into a routine.

Despite others expressing their discontentment over 14 day challenges, I’m happy to have more wiggle room this month vs. my challenge last month (28 days). I primarily run, and sometimes struggle with adjusting to the change of seasons and colder weather.

Personally, I think 21 days would strike a nice balance as long as the challenge metric itself is difficult enough. That way challenges wouldn’t get lost over a single social event, sickness, vacation, etc.

Mine is to burn 1,340 Calories per day 14 times.

I agree with @Kaylor , I appreciate the wiggle room. I am active everyday, but I don't want to be 1,340 calories active everyday. When I first got my watch I was getting the run or walk X amount of miles a month, which sometimes wasn't hard, but when every following month I got run or walk 5 more miles a month, it got to be unsustainable.

I do wish Apple would mix it up more though... vary the amount of days as well as different types of exercise.
