It's a Yay for me! I first was a bit disappointed after Steve Jobs introduced this new device a couple of months back, and I believe many of you were as well.
But dang it! After I actually got to experience this thing I just love it!
It can only get even better from here on.
Great job Apple!!!

For me it's a big yay. I am big iPhone, Kindle, and iPhone gamer at home and the bigger screen Is a huge plus for me. I am really enjoying it. My only regret was buying the 16 GB instead of the 32 or 64 but maybe I will give this one to my wife and upgrade mine.

It's as awesome as I had hoped. I'll be handing the wifi iPad off to the lady once my 3G arrives.

Yay all the way. It feels much better in my lap then my 17" laptop. Great display, speakers are better then I expected, and I have no problem with the keyboard. In fact, I am thinking about returning the BT keyboard I bought, don't see it getting much use.

Yay! Typing this from my iPad. It's really awesome to browse the web like this! Still trying to figure everythihng out though :p I'm so impressed though!

Definitly yay. Best purchase ever

Edit: Apple better not put flash on it. I'd rather not have Safari crash thank you very much.

Yay, here. Need to fight my 9yr. old for it though ;)

I'm still semi-ney on the lack of a webcam for my skype calls

Overall yes

Apps are really lacking ATM though. Only about 20 total quality ones out of the ~1500 released today

played with it in the store. tried some games and say the Simpson's loaded at the same speed as my 3gs. I found you can't move or delete apps from the device. that sucks. can you put more then 4 icons on the dock?

Sure you can move and delete apps, the same way you do on the iPhone.

Resounding yay, couldn't be happier. Just got to fight to keep it from my mom, and sister though.

sure would not work on the store model. nothing happened with the app. this was at the mac store could it be a locked display model? How many apps can you put on the dock?

I deleted two apps form my device today, and repositioned apps on the screen.
1. Hold your finger on the app
2. it will raise up off the page
3. press the + symbol and delete

you can also wove them around the same way...

It was locked so people like you wouldn't delete all the apps. You can put 6 apps on the dock.
