I ordered the exact same model you did, ordered September 14th and have an October 12-19 delivery date - but yet to have ANY movement at all on it - my credit card hasn't even been charged yet and today is October 12th.

The model I ordered is still 10/22-10/29 but there's one at the nearest Apple Store for pickup today.. Really don't feel like making a 3 hour round trip for it though 
I have the Oct 23-30 for my SS Gold 44mm, but still processing with no change. Hoping this moves soon.

Got email saying UPS will deliver my silver SS 44mm cellular on Monday 15th. Status says it’s cleared customs in Shanghai.
Still nothing on my Oct 23-30 order. Based on this and the other pre-order thread, it seems as though the SS models are shipping regularly, but not so much with the aluminum models, especially 44mm.
Fingers crossed that something happens this week so they can hit their delivery window.
