For anyone interested in a stylish mount for the AirPods Max, I just ordered this baby from Benks:

So far this is the best looking stand I found and the one that seams best designed for the Max, since the main holding part is shaped like the headband. It's aluminum so it must be qualitative. And it's also pretty inexpensive.

I just wish they'd made a space gray version to match my own AirPods, but this aluminum looks gorgeous.

I looked for hours on Amazon and Google to find an attractive stand, most of them were just not appealing or didn't give me a feeling of security regarding the headband protection over time. I was just about to give up when I stumbled upon this one. I'm glad I found it !

Went with the Geekria walnut desk clip holder instead of a stand since I like keeping my desk empty. I wanted a holder that would distribute the weight across the band more evenly. Pretty happy with the look of the walnut one, though miss being able to fold the holder out of the way when not in use. Pictures attached showing the holder along side the aluminum foldable one I used to use for my ATH-M50s.

Nice, ordered mine 2 days later so hopefully get mine next week, what’s the build quality like does it have decent weight to it, already sick of the one I got from amazon cos half the time the stand comes along with the headphones when I lift them up?

I'm very pleased with the build quality and it does have a decent weight to it. It definitely feels a premium product, right down to the packaging.

Saw that as well. I'm not that bothered about the dodgy marketing, as long as the product is good. Saying that I'm not expecting all that much for £18.

Now I'm jealous, ordered mine on the 6th and according to the tracker it left the airport in China on Saturday, nothing since, that's one hell of a long flight!!☹️

Fingers crossed it turns up soon. Mine got stuck in UK customs for a couple of days and the weird tracking site didn't update until after it cleared.

I haven’t had any customs charge (yet). Mine was delivered by Hermes and when I say delivered, I mean thrown out of a moving car on my drive (probably)

it doesn't look like much but I find it quite useful for wireless charging for multiple devices as well as APM stand. I haven't had any issues with damaging the headband area.

Finally got the Banks stand through, seemed to have a hiccup with the tracking at Shenzhen airport once that was fixed had it in my hands in 2 days after reaching out to to Banks for an update so great customer service ?

Love it, really good weight to the stand doesn’t try to come with the APM’s when I lift them, build quality’s great for the price plastic on the top and base but don’t let that put you off, the upright arm is steel, and silicon on the bottom to stop the stand slipping and on the top to stop your APM’s moving. The top is perfectly shaped so it holds the weight but won’t deform the mesh over time, Also comes packaged like an apple product and the assembly involves one screw with an Allen key provided that’s it!

Can’t recommend enough?
