The best and the cheapest iPhone 6 unlock you can find here.
They are 100% trustworthy and reliable.
I'm sorry but scammers are so good I'm afraid to even trust your referral, please don't take it personal. It's just that by being taking once its hard to trust any site. I REALLY DON'T THINK THERE'S ANY TRUE WEBSITE OR FIRMWARE TO UNLOCK AN ICLOUD ACTIVATION LOCK

Unbelievable it's Oct/2015 and this ******* is still out there scamming, how can he be allowed still doing it. Unfortunately I was/am one of his victim, I just called my CC company and was told since the money was already taking out and the fact I GAVE him authority to charge my account they can not reverse charges , first I have to contact them asking for a refund and get his name then if not satisfy I can try to despite it. Allow me to mention the fee was suppose to be $20.00 but when seeing my bank info the bastard charged $30.68. Has anyone had any luck claiming their refund? Please let me know how.

Assuming that you are based in the US or Canada. I don't know much about financial regulations there but one would assume that charging more than the advertised price would be classed as an unauthorised transaction/theft/fraud. If what you are saying is true then get back on to your credit card company and demand a charge back.

Are you sure the price wasn't advertised as British pounds? £20 Sterling would be the equivalent to $30US

is there a reason for people to make a new MacRumors account just to post scam sites as a scam? What do they have to gain? I'm genuinely curious. The same thing happened in another topic, it was swamped with MacRumor Newbies with only 1 post just to say "I got scammed by this iPhone unlock site".

Why?
Sorry to stump on YOUR STYLE but isn't this what this forum is all about?, to help, warn and communicate with one another?

That's exactly how it was advertised, thank you so much now I feel a little less duped. Thank God that referred to only $30.00 U.S dollars

hi. thanks for getting interested. unfortunately i bought the cell phone from an ebay seller who posted it as unlocked.
i asked him to get in contact to his former carrier and get it done, but he refused and accepted no responsability for his mistake.
so here i am (now in argentina, by the way), looking for a trustable online service.
I have jailbroken many iPhone here. ( https://cydia.saurik.com/upgrading/tools.html ) This is a 100% free & trusted site. #1
It's very easy, just follow instructions.

You are one of the lucky ones.
Be happy !
Maybe your phone wasn't unlock by them and it was something you did without realizing it

I've just gone through exactly the same process. I'm fuming.

So now how do I unlock my phone?

You say you purchased an unlock from eBay? How does that work then?

I just did a search for that and found this guy saying that anyone can unlock their phone for free. Is this true?

Then there are these ads that appear at the bottom of the page on this very thread, offering unlocks for £1.99. Are they also scams? If so, why are they allowed to advertise on this forum?

I really need to unlock my phone. Can anyone tell me the best way to do it, please? I'd be really grateful.
It's true you can Jailbreak & Unlock your iPhone for absolutely free @ https://cydia.saurik.com/upgrading/tools.html
It's FREE and the most trusted site, I use it all the time.
It's very easy to do, just follow the instructions.

No one uses Google before big purchases? The fact people post here bumping these and acting like this is news is mind blowing to me.

Cancel your debit/credit card just in case they take an unauthorised payment or sell on the data.

In future if paying on websites you've never used before buy a 3v voucher or prepaid card under a different/slighted altered name, address and DOB. You'll still be covered like you would be with a credit card and the data will be of no use if it's ever sold on.
That's what I Have been doing since I've been scam especially using my CC

best thing to do... just pay like £20 max to your carrier to unlock the phone...
This official unlock site is a scam.

Some carriers like T-Mobile unlock phones for free. I bought all of my phones from T-Mobile outright and they unlocked all of them the sam week that I bought them.

He's in North America. There's different prices and unlock policies in other countries. Maybe it's network blacklisted or stolen and can't be unlocked by the network (not saying he stole it but maybe he bought it on eBay and it's dodgy)

Here in Ireland it's free to unlock your phone on most bill pay services. Prepaid services requires that you top up a minimum of €120-€150

The prepay subsidy is only €30 max here. For just €20-€30 more you can buy a unlocked iPhone on apple.ie

I always tell people who are on prepay plans to purchase their iPhones directly from Apple.

I've bought all my iPhones from Apple and have saved a fortune over the years not paying back a subsidy or stuck in contracts.

Just a word of caution;

I was looking to unlock my iPhone and saw a website promoting those bastards. Had more then 500 comments saying it works. Went to officialiphoneunlock.co.uk and they had unlock available for my carrier (SoftBank Japan). Went for more information and I saw the Facebook page with more than 5k likes. I thought it was enough information to trust them.

WRONG! Later I realized practically ALL "happy customers" are dummy accounts. Even here this MoFo is promoting his services and creating those dummy accounts to defend his scam.
In his Facebook page, the same. A bunch of dummy accounts. Just check most of the replies saying "oh, I had to wait a week and was angry but later I got my device unlocked. You guys rock!". Yesterday I saw some angry woman complaining she waited more than 45 days and no response from them. Today there's no message (so they delete bad comments).

BEWARE, officialiphoneunlock.co.uk is a SCAM. Just check all those happy customer accounts and you'll realize it's all fakes.
Now he's promoting affiliation, offering earnings from 3k to 90k monthly! Guess what? A bunch of guys around the world are going to promote his service "as working as advertised" so they can make money. I don't doubt he might give a share for his scam but customers should now about it. That's why you'll see some not-dummy accounts, but they're not the majority.
Even here in this forum you'll see some accounts created just to say it works.

He is doing the same as Timothy Ferriss (author of 4 hour work week). Outsource a bunch of people to promote his services online dwarfing bad comments. That company has a registered VAT but it's like those "as seen on TV". They offer a product that don't work and just a few manage to get their money back.

I was daft enough to use the site again after reading reviews etc. I paid £60 to get my iPhone 6 unlocked from EE. (Long story short Ee released an update for my s5. Messed it up and in return offered me the iPhone contract as compensation and agreed to cancel the Samsung one. Next month I got billed for both. Month after the same and they doubled the price of my iPhone one and added Vat twice. After 5 letters and no reply even after stating we were in deadlock i terminated the contract as they had went against it and charged them for loss of income.) Anyway EE finally gave me the phone as compensation but wouldn't unlock it. This official iPhone unlock took 3 months and two unlock emails after it seems to of worked but I will never be using them again. I saw a review stating a persons phone got locked again a year offer the unlock aswell.

I'm surprised that people are even using third party's to unlock iPhones . IMHO iPhones should be treated as a special case and always unlocked via official routes through your carrier and you should never rely on resellers on ebay, or sites like this. *IF* they work, they are most likely using an inside contact working at a carrier, or Apple, to get the iPhone unlocked for you. Definitely not the recommended route as I would guess if Apple find out then there will be problems.

i submitted 4 imei for unlocking in pre orders each was £19 and next after few days the sent me another invoice for £30 for each unlocking to continue unlocking process . after 10 day i received mail to resubmit the unlocking and then i cant re submit imei. they remove automatically from you orders. and the credits they refund you can't reuse. and on top to Response of Emails. they response when you want to add to credit or you want to buy. bastard. i lost £120 for 4 unlocking. and waste 20 days on this ******** website.
officialiphoneunlock . couk

Hello I'm new here, can't believe I've just been scammed too! I was being impatient. I filled a unlocking form on EE and got an email back saying my phone doesn't need unlocking if you want to use EE. But I don't want to use it on EE anymore, hence why I want it unlocking, I tried calling EE, 30 minutes still in a queue, so I thought sod it only another £11 on top of EE at Officialiphoneunlock.co.uk. I'll go through them, never even crossed my mind they were scammera. It was only when they requested another £30 on top of the £20 and how they mentioned it on the order it said another £30 would be required. At this point I knew I was scammed, so I checked and surely enough I was, CC cancelled. Just waiting to speak to CC company in the morning as I calles lost and stolen number as the normal service number was closed.

Feel so stupid and dumb..never been scammed, I'm always checking and double checking, it was being frustrated with EE.

I believe i fell for it too. im wondering though maybe all of us who have been scammed should start a petition to the usa goverment to block all tranctions to this company to protect future consumers. the way i see it if that company operated here in the usa they would have been shut down a long time ago. we all should ban together sign a petition to block their site or something like that. shut down their ability to access the usa market.

Just came across this site today while researching unlocking for an aunts iPhone.

Red flag #1: trying to remove trust pilot reviews which aren't favourable
Red flag #2: claiming to be able to remove iCloud activation lock
Red flag #3: wanting your device IMEI before quoting a price.

tl;dr: **** this guy (and O2)

Good luck with that! So what your saying is that If there is a site in the USA that is scamming people they will be shut down quickly? As the saying goes, there will always be scammers as long as there are people foolish enough to get scammed.

are you suggesting we allow them to do what they want? are you defending and protecting the scammers? do you condone the criminal activity?
[doublepost=1452275229][/doublepost]All im doing is throwing a couple of ideas out there to block their site or block the money flow going to them. heck if theres a way to do that great. Me loosing 75 on a unlock wont be as bad if i know something was done.

I managed to get through to Orange / EE eventually and the cost of the unlock, £8.99!

I would love to see these scamming t**ts taken down, but I do think its a hard task to do, better that we make more people aware of these c**ts in the hope they go bust from no business!

No I'm not protecting or defending them and in no way do I agree with scammers but what I find amazing is the amount of people that they are able to scam. As they say, a fool and his money are easily parted and that is why I said that there will always be scammers as long as there are people dumb enough to get scammed.

Again good luck with getting a petition together to send to the US government. That in itself shows your naivety.

I agree with you
I paid them to unlock my iphone they charge my credit card for almost $120 it's been 20 days my phone is still not unlocked i sent them numerous emails i hardly get a reply ladt time i received a reply 10 days ago that's it ..
Amount of money they charge is way to much i made mistake i didn't search enough before paying ..
I strongly suggest not to go with this total scamed
I hope someone sue his ass for all that money he/she scaming from people everyday .

they claimed my phone is blocked not true i checked. anyhow if you live in the usa do report it to the bbb, ic3, and consumer protection. even though they may not do anything. reporting the scam to them will make them aware of it. they may post a attention to consumers of the scam. even though i did loose money still i reported it. do not give them no more money. even if they promise the unlock dont do it. shut down the bank account that you made the transaction too. report it to the bank show proof to them. also if you know how to repair a iphone like i do order a new logic bord one thats already unlocked. its way cheaper
