There's another company called .officialicloudunlock.co.uk don't use these guys they quote that they will sort your iCloud locked iPad in one to four days there promise is bull **** two weeks later and I'm still waiting they charge £19.99 for this so called service but I promise you you won't get a code or any emails explaining why it's going to take longer than one to four days DONT use these

Why are you trying to get an iCloud locked phone unlocked? Did you buy a stolen phone or.....?

I too have been scammed by officialiphoneunlock.co.uk.

The site appeared as an ad in a google search so presumed it be genuine. Paid £19.99 to have phone unlocked - a 'pre-order'. Next day, a link appears to pay another £39.99 for an 'official unlock'. I thought the £19.99 was the full cost of unlocking. Stupidly paid the additional £39.99.

Three days later, phone still locked. Started searching Internet and can see this is a scam. Site appears genuine. Had responses from company by email who boasted how busy they are. Emails were from the same person each time. They do not takes call on the phone - you just hear a recorded message.

Have reported them to Trading Standards and to the police. Also raised a dispute with my bank, who confirm I am not the first to raise concerns over the company.

I have also contacted google.

Oh god this scam site stays up because there's suckers willing to blindly purchase crap in a Google ad without doing a simple Google search first.
It's depressing that despite evolution, a chunk hasn't learned to avoid this stupid age old scam.
Life lesson 1: People lie. That's it, don't be suckers and research. Look at the original posts date in this topic of 2012 and be ashamed and realize like any purchase you should've Googled this first. I really hope you guys have learned something at least.

I've contacted everybody already regarding these criminals, no luck.. They are still on facebook well ranked on google too..

Hi I am giving honest genuine review here . After doing some research over `internet I found officialiphoneunlock .co.uk and I place the order for my two Iphone 6 with them . Initially I paid 19.99 each for both of my Iphone 6 . after one of paying 19.99 each i got an email that I have to pay 39.99 each to get this unlocked . I was stuck as I already 19.99 each for these phones . I think I was stupid that I paid 39.99 again for each of my phones . so now I have paid 59.98 each of two of my I phones . I use to check status everyday about my phones on the website status page and one day I saw that as per current Status one of the IMEI is unlocked so I tried using the same via ITunes but it didn't worked . For the second IMEI there is message on the website that "IMPORTANT: There are restrictions in place with.
Your IMEI will rejected if it does not meet the following criteria, we will then place it on hold until the criteria are reached.

Needs to be activated with an EE sim card
Must not be blacklisted/lost or stolen
iPhone should be more than 3 months old
iPhone must not have any outstanding balance
Once premium service resumes you will be able to unlock lost/stolen and outstanding balance handsets again."
I dont understand this message and dont know if if unlocking process is still in Progress .

I have paid £116 and none of my iphone is unlocked . This company does not answer to you Phone call and also not replied to your email . All the communication is only for pre sales and once they have your money there is no way to contact them .

Please be careful if you are dealing with them .

Well, I guess from time to time, they eventually do it, just to prove they can. But still, the worst criminals ever.
I just don't get it, how they can't be stopped once and for all.

That's the problem. I searched and saw thousands of good comments about it before I realized it was all fakes.

Now I'm scared because I gave my CC information to those bastards.
[doublepost=1454949287][/doublepost]I had the same worries with these bastards so I called my bank to explain and they recommended getting a new CC. I understand your worries, they won't be a fool to ruin their scam getting unauthorized money but can easily use your info in another scam.

In no way am I affiliated to or have any association with officialiphoneunlock.co.uk but I must state that I recently used these to unlock my brand new iPhone which was purchased from Carphonewarehouse on a Vodafone upgrade. Vodafone were unable to unlock because I upgraded through Carphonewarehouse, well that's what Vodafone said, they advised I would have to provide proof of purchase and then present to vodafone unlocking team but there was no guarantee of an unlock. I started to look for other ways of unlocking and came across officialiphoneunlock. I paid the £19.99 and was advised that an unlock was available but I would have to pay an additional £59.00! With some soul searching I finally agreed to pay the additional fee but am pleased to say that after a week I now have an unlocked phone :)

The promise from officialiphoneunlock was 1 to 3 working days, this didn't happen but I did receive one email advising that the unlocking company (not officialiphoneunlock) had a backlog but sure enough as mentioned after a week or so I received the 'congratulations, your iphone is unlocked' email and I have to report it works, I have checked with different carrier sims and all is well.

Yeah.... prove it!! i have no doubt, you are one of them criminals!!!
[doublepost=1455109530][/doublepost]btw, i got my money refunded by my bank.

You are 100% right.i wish I would reed this before I trow away £60.try to get a refund from scammers...never works

There is any site that offer Icloud removal that is not a scam?

Why do you want to remove iCloud? Did you find a phone, steal a phone or buy a stolen phone?

To answer your question, no there isn't anything that can be done. If you did do one of the above then please use the site in mentioned in this thread they will take your money. That is what we call karma.

Thanks for the info. I was just ready to give them a try and thought I'd check a little more and found your post.
Thanks again.
Did you ever find a reputable place to deal with to unlock i cloud accounts on iPads?

So you need to unlock an iCloud account on an iPad. I can unlock it for £50 paid direct into my account. It will just take 1-1,000,000 days after payment has been received. All I have to do is make contact with my friends in the CIA and FBI

Sorry I forgot to ask, you thought that after you found(skip that nobody misplaces an iPad) after you stole or bought a stolen iPad you thought this and especially the Jailbreak section was the best place to ask?

Obviously you're right that all us Jailbreakers are scum that help people bypass iCloud.

I reported them to Action Fraud. Two months after, I received a letter to tell me they WILL investigate and were taking the matter seriously. I did also get my money back via my bank.

I would advise anyone wishing to unlock their phone, to get it done via the network they purchased it from.
[doublepost=1462186666][/doublepost]
The same thing happen to me. How can I get my money back. Because I paid £40

Raise it as a dispute with your bank.
[doublepost=1462186759][/doublepost]I have to say, when I raised a dispute with my bank, I received an email from officialiphoneunlock's 'dispute team'. I found it hilarious they had a dedicated 'dispute department', probably an indication that everyone they take money from raises a dispute with their bank!

I have just had a look at their site for less than a minute and honestly anyone that gets scammed by them must be so gullible.

Hi Ladies and Gents,

I was also scammed by these recently but I will explain my full story first.
A good friend of mine was moving abroad to help with education in a 3rd world country. I bought his 5c off him as he wouldn't need it and wanted the cash to help fund his fees. Ive known this guy a hell of along time and he is not the type of person who would rip anyone off. So ive had the phone a few months, all working great and one day I decided to restore the phone so it would be in factory condition. I did a full device erase using recovery mode as I wanted the phone to be fully factory unlocked...anyway it restores no problems, I then go through set up and low and behold hit by an activation screen. I did research on how to get it removed etc.. and only he can do it or if I have proof of purchase from the retailer it was bought from. whilst researching officialicloudunlock.co.uk kept coming up in searches and I ignored them at first, but needed the phone like asap. I know I wouldn't be in contact for sometime with my friend as hes 6 months in his 2 year help. I decided to look into the officialicloudunlock website and read everything, read all the reviews and did a little research on them and al seemed positive. so I thought what the hell £19.99. well after a week of placing my order I had no contact so I sent an email asking if everything was ok this is ther reply:

As stated on the website before purchase, it is not always possible to remove the Activation Locks on iDevices which iCloud accounts are in Apple's blacklisted database using our Clean service.***

There is some good news though as there will be a premium service ( at no extra cost) coming in the next couple of weeks which can unlock this device, you will be informed when it is available and your device submitted without the need to do anything else.

As we have already prepared your unlock and incurred the unlocking charge, we cannot issue a card refund for handsets which are rejected in such circumstances as per terms and conditions.
*** This can be verified by taking your device to any Apple store and asking for a sub server report( it can take up to a week and you will need to leave your device with them ) please make sure you take original proof of purchase for the device as if not they are legally allowed to retain your device as it is blacklisted which is obviously not what you want.

I ran the imei checks and all came back good and clean except the find my phone status was on. so I asked for more info into what this blacklist was. I got no response, that was a month ago. Today i went on other review sites for this scam company and low and behold i was hit by a lot of negative (after i changed filters) so i thought right i will send an email to them:

Hi,

On the 31st March 2016 I placed an order for icloud removal service, order #2616. A week later I received an email saying device is rejected due to it being blacklisted.
I replied to the device rejection email asking for more information. I am yet to receive this information. I enquired to apple regarding a sub server report and they said they can't do that.
You also said I won't get a refund as it states that in your terms and condition that if a device is blacklisted you won't refund. You also mentioned a premium service that I'd be entered in 2 weeks after the last email.
I have had no updates from yourselves.
My device is not lost nor is it stolen, it has an activation screen on. Your website said it could remove the icloud lock.
I require more information and proof of the blacklist in which you stated and information as to why it's blacklisted if possible. I have been investigating and have concerns regarding your trading ways after reading lots of negative reviews stating that people have paid and have not received the service or a refund.

On the 10th of may 2016 I will contact my debit card issuer to submit a reversal form, along with this email (time stamped) and all other forms of communication we have had inc a copy of your terms and conditions as proof that I have done all that I can to resolve this and several examples of reviews. Furthermore I will leave a review and contact all persons who had money taken and not received a service they paid for and instruct them how to obtain a refund by contacting their payment provider.
Please accept this as an official complaint and you have 7 (seven) days from the date of this email to respond to my requests or unlock my device from icloud in which I have paid for the service.

ooh they were not happy and their response was:

Feel free , go ahead , do what you like .
Do you know why ? because we have all the evidence to defend any pathetic claim you make in the previous emails and can pay for a sub server apple report showing the iCloud account as blacklisted.
Failing that and i highly doubt it would fail we would seek to retrieve our costs by any means possible along with posting all information we have on all social platforms about you and your dealings
Enjoy

by this time i was like well this doesn't seem like a company, usually id get a less snotty letter with a little apology saying they would look into it but i had to reply:

All that was asked was proof to show it was blacklisted and an update to what was happening. All you have done is just proved that your a substandard company which has found something on the market people need and exploited it not giving any service promised and making up some bull crap about it being blacklisted. I've read the 100 's of reviews all saying the same thing rejected due to phone blacklisted. This phone is not blacklisted, it has been checked on GSX. I do not have any proof of purchase otherwise I could have had it unlocked by Apple in march for free.
Until sufficient evidence is provided proving the phones been blacklisted inc time stamps or the device is removed from icloud then I will do as I say on the 10th May 2016. If I am wrong and you are an actual company who deliver goods, not only will I send a sincere apology but I will give your company a review on all review sites and it will be 5 star il even post my email so people can ask me themselves that it's possible to be done via your company.
As for writing bout me on social media please do, I'd love a few fans and can educate people to identify scam companies

and their response:

No problem your wish is our command .
Enjoy.
Any further emails we have to reply to you will be charged at £5 per email so see this as an official warning

Sorry its been a really long read and i hope i gave some of you a few laughs and giggles at my moment of stupidity. lesson learnt but i will get my money back, i have enough evidence for the bank, police and trading standards.

If you made it this far thanks for reading and please don't use these scammers

Just thought I'd give an update. I have reported then to action fraud via action frauds website, I have contacted my bank and they have refunded my money and have passed it onto visa dispute who will investigate and if these are found to be scammed they will pass that info on to fraud agencies. My bank has also blocked officialicloud unlock from taking any further payments, if they try.

If you have been ripped off by these you should contact your bank or card issuer also if payed by PayPal contact them and report that you have been scammed. You should also contact action fraud and make a report. The more that do it the more the authorities will do to shut them down.

I would love you to show me where in this thread I said people were stupid. Yes I said people were gullible I never said they were stupid. Is that how you feel about being scammed?

Anyone know a good reliable site where I can get my phone icloud unlocked

Apple themselves can only do it. You need proof of ownership. It's easier to ask previous owners to remove via their icloud account or take proof of ownership to apple store

I bought this phone

Google a site before you blindly pay them. These scams last cause people get impatient and don't do their homework. Get mad at Will all you like, but you found this topic easy enough after you got burned.
