If I downloaded Safari extensions from Apple's current safari extension gallery, would I be able to use them in Safari in El Capitan, or would those extensions need to be downloaded from the new Extension Gallery?

I have adblock and safari tabs. I download them from their official sites. Thanks Shirasaki,
Can I just re-download them from the current extension gallery or would they need to be specifically coded for El Capitan.
Also, can you install extensions from 3rd party sites or would they need to be downloaded from the new extension gallery apple is working on?
No worries. Thanks adrianlondon and Shirasaki. Good to hear that the extensions are still working
I upgraded from 10.10.4 to 10.11 and my Safari extensions still work; I didn't need to download them again.

If I disable any of them, on re-enabling I get a warning that they're not from the official extension gallery. I then need to click "trust" to get them re-enabled.
You need to make the Cinema Display your primary screen, and then the login screen will be there in Yosemite (and every prior system too). In System Preferences > Displays, select the Arrangement tab. Drag the small white menu bar to the Cinema Display.Anyone using a secondary screen on their Mac, could they confirm if the "log in" screen appears on the secondary screen instead of the Mac itself? I currently have a 27" Cinema Display hooked up to my MacBook Pro, and Yosemite always displayed the log in screen on my MacBook Pro instead of my Cinema Display....

No luck in dp 2. Waiting for dp3, but personally I think you don't expect they will change this design in dp3, unless lots of users think this is ridiculous. One thing I'd like that Apple fixed is that in Yosemite (and in older versions too, I believe) when you have three windows of the same app scattered across many desktop spaces, you can see them all when using "Show All Windows"/"App Expose". However, if one of those windows is in Fullscreen mode, only the others will show up in "Show All Windows".
Besides, you can't even use "Show All Windows" when you are in Fullscreen mode (even for other apps…). Could someone please tell me if these issues were fixed in El Capitan?
Thanks in advance.

That's cool, but I'm not entirely sure what the means. Does this occur when you're overwriting a folder with the same name or when a the original folder you're copying is corrupt? The wording is sort of ambiguous. This seems new - and quite handy!
and it is so much faster...
It sounds like it happens when you are copying a file over, and you stop it halfway, or it stops itself halfway for whatever reason. Then, you can finish copying the file later. I would find it extremely useful to be able to reboot my computer when needed while copying a large file. That's cool, but I'm not entirely sure what the means. Annual request:
Are the new Siri voices available for text-to-speech/narration yet as on iOS?
Specifically UK...
Current voices: Daniel, Kate, Oliver, Serena.
My ears will be happy.
