oopsie ... honest question: is that against the rules?Oops. You posted this one already.
very true ... and I could argue that I closed the loopOops. You posted this one already. (#391). There are so many and they are coming so fast, it's hard to keep track.
I think at least a month's worth of photos should be new. Will be hard to police but no one wants to see the same photos repeated frequently.very true ... and I could argue that I closed the loop
It is going to be tough, but should we add to the rules "no repeated pics"?
We are making the rules up as we go. ?
I can go with that ... 11 days into the threadI think at least a month's worth of photos should be new. Will be hard to police but no one wants to see the same photos repeated frequently.

OMG! The first cruise I took, I thought for sure the whole thing was going to flip right over. It just seems so unlikely that they will stay upright.
This project is surprisingly challenging, isn't it? Especially for those who don't have a large backlog of archives going back years or who don't have a variety of subjects, or who like me, remember having shot some particular subject and then when I check the folder realize that I processed very few of the images! I'm starting to get the itch now to process some of those older RAW files..... AIEEEE!!!!!
tell me about it ...Cat elation. Watson loves going outside, but we have to keep an eye on her because she bolts for the neighbors yard.
Most cats do. Hot dog a whole bunch of swing toys!his facial expression might not show it, but he LOVES Christmas trees

Luckily I do not have an "archive" per e, just a large Lightroom library. all my photos are on an external (1 TB SSD) drive and the index on the internal SSD, it usually take me just a couple minutes to find the photo I want to post, scrolling thru 1000s of photos is pretty fast and this game refreshes my memory of the photos I have.Agreed, my "archives" are focused on a few topics, and I am sure people can tell (cats, planes at the AF Museum, cats, cats, bed & breakfasts, cats).
And I can definitely notice that other people have the things they really like taking pictures of, which is good because that lets me see things I haven't seen or haven't had a chance to take a similar picture.
CVN-72 Abraham Lincoln N is for nuclear. My son was on the JFK and the Kitty Hawk. I took a Tiger Cruise on the JFK, we went from Fort Lauderdale back to Norfolk. Great trip.
But do you have any pictures of cats?Agreed, my "archives" are focused on a few topics, and I am sure people can tell (cats, planes at the AF Museum, cats, cats, bed & breakfasts, cats).
