Good catch. And yes it was a Morgan as you can just see the Morgan "wing" hood logo. Below is a full photo.
Interesting history. Morgans were built with the Ford engine. Lotus built their famed twin turbo four off that same Ford engine block and became a direct drop-in replacement for Morgans. Some Morgans had the Lotus engine as a special factory order, but only original build paperwork would document it. Was this one factory or drop-in? Don't know but considering that the event was a Concours d Elegance auto show with its higher standard, suspect it was original and owner had supporting documents from Morgan based on the chassis number.
