Sometimes Jesus shows up in unexpected places. This image was shot not in a church but rather in the lobby of the old original building of the renowned Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD, where a marble statue of Jesus is there, front-and-center, to greet all visitors....His foot has been gently stroked by many, and there are visitors to the (now much-expanded and modernized) hospital who still leave gifts of appreciation.....

Steps up to Washington Old Hall, ancestral home of the rebel George
Gorgeous; I love old buildings, and houses.
If I had to hazard a guess, I'd say Tudor, early to mid 16th century.
I hesitate about posting shots of the interior - I'll have to wait an association
- but this is from a website which suggests that some of it is even earlier."The earliest parts of this building date back to the mid-13th century - a time when there was relative peace on the Anglo-Scottish border and funds were available from the marriages of successive Washingtons to wealthy widows. Parts of it remain. The most obvious being the pointed arches at the west end of the Great Hall, which could have been part of a screen passage arrangement connecting the hall with the kitchens."
