I hope it is not a faux pas to have back-to-back posts in POTD, but as it is now tomorrow...

What's the speedlite setup? One from below and one from above?

The sun was high and to camera left, slightly behind the camera. One speedlight was low to camera right, firing up and back toward the front of the frame. The other, if I recall correctly, was high to camera right, firing across the frame to fill. So basically cross-lit between the sun (high) and speedlight (low), with some fill from high to camera right.

Not at all! I like both images, but the second one slightly more.

Not sure about your settings for this one, but you have made the guy in the hat seem a bit flat and lifeless :D

So many great photos posted. Haven't been shooting much, but did make it out for Earth Hour the other weekend.

Haven't been out much lately. Here's an old shot from a couple of weeks ago. I deliberately wanted just one tree in focus.

Another one from Sunday. I'm not really sure what qualifies this church to be in a museum of old buildings? In the UK we are blessed with a variety of beautiful churches. This looks like a church made from a recycled shed! Anyway I kind of liked it as a photo with the guy putting out the sign to add some interest. Comments always welcome.

Well my clock says it's a new day, and as I'm out tomorrow night I should post another. I was trying to capture the motion with this one but had two issues. The white sails are somewhat lost against the white (grey) sky, and without an ND filter trying to not over expose it with such a long shutter speed.
F22, 1/6th of a second, ISO 100. Could I have done anything different?

There's a place in Buckinghamshire called the Chiltern Open Air Museum which has a church built like that which I took some photos of last summer.....

It's a pretty cute little thing. I'm guessing the one you found is from a similar era.
