I call it upper body conditioning! Did you buy used?

Oh yes, it's 4½lb. I can hand hold but it hurts my stomach muscles after a while.I call it upper body conditioning! Did you buy used?
Nice.During stay-at-home (which is not too onerous in Colorado compared to people elsewhere by a long shot), I'm keeping busy by long neighborhood walks, learning and practicing everything I can about Capture One and Photoshop, not to mention color (or colour) theory, monitor calibration and other (to me) interesting topics. I'm practicing with my Wacom. I'm doing deep dives on lighting. I'm working to up my game on printing - I've printed more images over the last 5-6 weeks than I have in the year I've had the printer.
And I'm taking endless images of Cottonwoods.

Saw a lovely finch yesterday. But as my Mac Mini is currently in the back of a van somewhere, no chance of getting it off my memory card anytime soon.Hopefully

I may need to get a monopod for it.
It's the old non-stabilised version by the way, but it's not bad on the D200 I attached it to.
Cheers

If that’s one place m43 has going for it, it’s the long lenses. My P100-300ii (200-600eq) is 1.1lbs. This is more the entry level zoom, though. The fast tele’s do get heavier than that, like the O300 F4 pro at 3.3lbs. At least you have a foot!Hopefully
