No, my spouse and I did not. We were on one of those 16 passenger, high speed, bus tours, for one day, out of Glasgow. If I had it to do over again I would hire a car and go at our own pace.Did you manage to visit Aberfeldy, a few miles from Pitlochry? My late wife had family there and we stayed a couple of times.

I remember when we visited relatives in Pitlochry some attendant wanted us to pay £2 for a wee in the toilets near the coach park, hoping to catch tourists out. The countryside and the towns are so beautiful! It was killing me not to take my time to really enjoy, and take pictures. I hope to go back to Scotland and pace ourselves next time around.
