Another cold gloomy day here today. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday were sunny and in the mid 80's. Yesterday and today, overcast, rainy, windy, and in the low to mid 40's. Hard for a body to adjust.

Let's see if we can brighten things up a bit.

This cloud proved quite challenging, last night. Had difficulty finding crisp focus, either manual or auto.
Lumix ZS200 camera, zoomed to 360mm equivalent, some cropping, ISO 800.

That's creepy, and finding things can cause 'issues'. Like, at a big ten university, I was walking my dog along the river that runs through campus, and got to a place where the only way out was to either walk back nearly a mile, or cut through a moderately treed area. The car was on the other side of that area, so we went trudging on. Then I see something in the distance, lying in the detritus on the forest floor. It looked like a pale human body. Freaking at that point, I went up to it, cautiously, and discovered a concrete casting of a female torso. It was just laying there in the forest, and not in what looked like a traveled area. I could tell it was a casting of a real human, and wondered how and why it was there. I mentioned it to someone I worked with, and they said it was put there by someone who's girlfriend was murdered in the woods decades ago. I was shocked, and that story was confirmed by a couple of other people. Talk about creepy... Wow. I did take a picture of it, but had a 'Windows Phone' that had an appetite for data. I moved away shortly after that discovery, and haven't been back since, but wonder if it's still there... I had a nightmare about finding a real body in those woods.
