I don't get it, this is supposed to be a photography subforum.
Camera gear is more important than the imagery created. Fact. /s

As it has been a long time since I've seen a what's-in-the-bag-porn image in here, and as creators, along with our habits, our faces and viewpoints, our gear changes as well, allow me this parenthesis and let me do the start (and probably the end too) with a what's-in-the-bag.

So, this is heaviest of light, travel friendly, photography set. This includes:

Sony a6500 with 55mm 1,8 sony/zeiss
Sony a6000 with minolta 200mm 2.8 apo
Tair 135mm f2.8
Godox Wistro ad600bm+trigger+foldable octabox (not depicted)
Three legged thing tripod

Evidently, I like photographing on the tele side of the lens scope, I do however keep a 16-50 kit lens with at all times.

Hope you enjoyed your porn for today. Sorry for my bad english (and image quality) IMG_6445.jpg .

That’s a huge lamp to be lugging around, Patrick! I’ll stick to my more manageable flashes for now. Have a feeling that may change when I get up to the portraiture modules of my course though.

it is indeed, for now, until I get my hands on a couple of these little buggers.
however, once on location, the lamp finds its post; fitted on the tripod and is really a not so hard to manage portable studio flash. (get it? lamppost)

A wider shot of yesterday's window then. Which do you prefer? The challenge with this one was nothing was straight. So you have to make a choice. Still I think it works.

Comments always welcome.
I personally prefer yesterday’s picture. I like the impression of a framed photo. I think this one loses the focus of the seashore and whatever you see through the dark window on the right is somewhat distracting to me. A bit too much stone as well. Just my 2 cents, since you asked ;)

Thanks for the feedback.
I hadn't noticed the dark window, but now you have pointed it out, you are totally right.
