Cheers AFB. The lighthouse was slightly blurred in this one (windy, hand-held) so thought the film grain effect in C1 would help disguise! Good weather for clouds in between sleet. Not sure if you were going for a film look, but you nailed it. Nicely done sir. Horizon is spot on.

Cheers MacRy - here's another equally moody one - this time part of the cloisters at Chester cathedral. Popped-in whilst the good lady did some shopping. Comments always appreciatedThat's a cracking moody shot fella. Nicely done.
Wish the fire extinguisher wasn't there. Just so out of place.Cheers MacRy - here's another equally moody one - this time part of the cloisters at Chester cathedral. Popped-in whilst the good lady did some shopping. Comments always appreciated

ok, ok, I hear youWish the fire extinguisher wasn't there. Just so out of place.
Nice shot and I love those 2002s, I always thought they were the best handling standard sedans BMW made. My only comment about the shot is that maybe a bit of post processing to either up the exposure or shadows to bring out the grill detail.
Funny enough that's partly what attracted me in the first place (coupled with the use-other-door sign), both so incongruous in such an old setting.Wish the fire extinguisher wasn't there. Just so out of place.
