So 2 questions
Why does this mouse think he is a bird?

not the most interesting photo, but it's amazing how photo technology has evolved. It was still pitch dark when I took this photo. ( 1/8, f/4.0,Focal Length 19 mm ,ISO 51200)

Another long exposure shot, this time on film. A busy weekend afternoon on the touristy plaza between the National Theater and Concert Hall in Taipei, Taiwan. Taken with a Nikon F5 on Kodak Double-X 5222, metered at ISO 640 but developed at 400 (so 2/3 stop underexposure), with 12-stop ND filter and exposure time calculated at roughly 400 sec. after accounting for reciprocity failure.

I’m very envious of your kingfisher shots! Never even seen one.
Thank you! I am very lucky that she likes to perch on either a chain or one of the posts on the pier.... I have the perfect vantage point from my deck, and she's right out there in the open, with the water making a nice background. Shot this one yesterday afternoon when I noticed she was hanging out there again.
