Snow shoe MTB trail winter grooming with my friend Tom yesterday, it was well BF cold
like 8 deg f, wind 20mph constant with 30mph gusts 
. Dressed up in 4 layers, actually worked ok. 3.5 miles took 2 hours.

Morning all, I thought I’d drop a post in here, just to show I was still paying attention. Work has got frantic recently so I don’t have the free time I used to. Here is a photo I took on Saturday. Yes it’s another train photo!

Seattle and the Olympic Mountains. The white building at lower left is The Admiral's Houe, built by the US Navy in 1944 to serve as the residence for the Admirals of the 13th Naval District. The house, listed in the National Register of Historic Places, is now a private event venue. The neighborhood above it is Magnolia, where my wife and I live.
Power outage this morning. Minus 20 degrees Celsius (minus 4 degrees Fahrenheit), so not the best timing. Still had to make coffee! Thankfully, I have a Trangia mini camping stove, fuelled by methylated spirits.
when I got in the car it was -6 it’s now warmed up to 6 degrees Fahrenheit😫
