It was a beautiful summer evening down by Killantringan Lighthouse last night. SW Scotland.

Fuji X-T3 with Samyang 12mm f2 NCS lens, using Kase Filters 0.6 & 0.9 ND grads along with circular polariser.

5x2 image blend, base exposure of 1s / f11 / ISO 160

I had a beautiful black with small white spotted butterfly that was hanging out under my front door, apparently taking a rest from the heat. By the time I tried to get a picture of it, it flew off. The white spots made it look like delicate lace. I don't think I've ever seen such an interesting butterfly. I hope it's safe and happy...

They are so awesome, so delicate, so necessary for our world. Thanks for posting.
