Saw this fellow while in the car - pulled over to the curb. Asked him for a photo - he agreed. I said, say, mass extinction - he thought that was funny.

Might as well kick off the month with an incredibly rare sample of 'Truth in Advertising'. Taken last Sunday in Cochrane, AB.

We have two different size and single socks on our laundry machine , waiting for the miracle ? of finding the others.
There was a very funny sketch where Jerry Seinfeld was telling the story how a sock disappears.

Happy Birthday!

Wow! How did you get this? Were you on the rooftop of a higher building?
Thank you! ❤️

I was on a High Roller Las Vegas Strip Observation Wheel. It goes 550 feet above the center of the Las Vegas Strip. It's a good 30-minute ride. 360-degree views. A must thing to do if you ever plan on visiting Las Vegas.

Did I mention, that they also have a happy hour cabin? Unlimited alcohol, happy half-hour cabins.

Eeek! I'm not good with heights so I wouldn't be getting on that thing! LOL! I'll bet the views are spectacular, though. Wow! Thanks for clarifying, as I'd been wondering.

My daughter started riding this year at school, and today was her last lesson before school is out tomorrow, so I tagged along to watch. I got a lot of her actually riding, but nothing could compete with the light of the horse getting a hose down when they were done.

I grew up around horses, cows, pigs, chickens, etc. Worked on a cattle farm from teens to 20's, working around 5,000-6,000 head of Brahma cow/calf pairs. I have rode horses and owned some horses off and on, most of my life, since I was 5 or 6 years old. I have even broke a few horses over the years (and some broke parts of me..LOL)
In all of my time spent around horses and livestock I have never seen a Horse Fly like the one I photographed today. You learn something new everyday. Nature is truly amazing!!

What I see is the squirrel saying 'You want a piece of me? YOU WANT A PIECE IF ME?! Look what I can to to this stick! I work out over an hour a day! I'll save your life and just walk away now!'

- or -

'43... 44... 45... Now on to lats. Is it leg day? Did I do legs yesterday?'
