It's a wild foxglove. Nice photo, fresh flower against the old tree and you've caught the flower colour beautifully

you know I love this Stonehenge. It’s just sad what the idiots did to it recently by trying to cover it with orange powder. I’m a historical monument lover and relics of history. But when I see these knuckleheads do this, it just makes me sick. Anyway I love the photo. I’ve been there twice in my lifetime both times work for design history study.

This is only the second time I have ever seen this flower species in this Municipal park (Cameron Park, Burnaby).It's a wild foxglove.
