oh!!! i keep getting little gray birds in my birdbath and my attempts to identify them haven't worked. but now i'm pretty sure they are catbirds! my searches kept showing warblers or pheobes, but they had too much color. my guys are just plain gray like this. thank you!Catbird, through a window.

Yep, and they are mimickers, so they will cycle through the calls they've learned. You might think you've got a mockingbird in the trees, but it might be one of them!
