Ehrenfels Castle (circa 1212), above the Rhine Gorge near the town of Rüdesheim am Rhein, Germany.
Out on a walk with my son Matthew and Ben the dog yesterday on Batchelor Branch Greenway. Underpass at highway 55 at West Cary, NC. If you follow the greenway back to its beginning, it starts in my neighborhood sub-division.

The Weinermobile - I remember talking to a person who was driving one and he said it was a fun job. I think it was actually a young couple that was driving it, but my memory is a little fuzzy as it was awhile ago.Don't get to see one of these "puppies" everyday.
I heard from a local neighbor their was a eagle at the local city park, but I didn't spot it. So I took a couple of pictures of what was happening in the park. It was a beautiful day in Livonia, Michigan for this time of year.

Nice shot! Welcome to the Picture of the Day thread. Where on the coast is this? Looks like the Outer Banks. My family and I have two places we like on the coast. We like Emerald Isle in the south, and The Outer Banks, Nags Head area in the north. I live in Cary, NC.
..hopefully, one of the last looks at 'this kind' of winter to be seen here .. an early-mornng view out front on our apartment's property (when I took a peak at 7 am yesterday). Pretty, but will welcome less white, and more green!!
