I dont know if its been mentioned or not but are this looks alot like the shots from i think the end of last month, with the bald eagles making the nest. and its been a few weeks so it seems right that there this size if its from the same spot

The fact that you could get a shot of the eagles is awesome! However, the picture seems really busy and is almost too much for my eyes. But I wish I could find some eagles to get a picture of.

Lol When I first seen this i was like "Where are the eagles?"
I havent been on in a while the last eagle shot i seen you post was when the mother/father had a little issue with a branch. lol
Love the way the light striking the buildings makes them stand out against the background.We have a lot of lead mines in the North of England too, mostly in remote valleys in the Yorkshire Dales. This one is at Cononley, West Yorkshire, quite a way from any of the other lead mines: must have been one isolated 'strike' of lead ore...
Sticking with the mining theme for a bit, this is the remains of Ballycorus Lead Mines:
This is where the lead mined in my earlier pictures was sent for smelting. The chimney was connected to the lead works by way of a flue over a mile long and is the world's longest brick-built flue.
The fact that you could get a shot of the eagles is awesome! However, the picture seems really busy and is almost too much for my eyes. But I wish I could find some eagles to get a picture of.
Yeah, the branches make it busy, but unfortunately there isn't anything I can do about that. Trust me, all of the photogs that regularly shoot pictures at this nest wish we could cut down that branch that is between them. I couldn't tell you how many pictures I have of half an eagle b/c of that branch!
Here's one more of them watching a crow circling overhead. It's fun to watch them start to develop traits their parents have. The adults are always harassed by crows and the earlier picture I posted of the one working on its famous stare.
Taken on a recent walk round Home and Bushy parks. I took almost 500 on that day, so I'll be back tomorrow
