Up for today is a shot from my favorite trail to run on. The foliage has really been growing recently, and along this stretch I am running through a tunnel of greenery.

A local tragedy. A rather obese gentleman was sunbathing on the beach and was run over by a lifeguard truck...

These 2 baby robins were playing in my backyard this morning. Lots of chirping going on. 😀
My grandfather was stationed there with the Seaforth Highlanders, in charge of the guards.

Did you take this with portrait mode on a phone? Wondering where the stem is and how the geranium head is levitating.

That's why I don't use Portrait mode on my iPhones! It can do unpredictable things!
It's pretty much a useless feature for this father of 2 daughters with curly hair.
Yes. He frequented the far end of the beach which permitted that lifestyle. Also, he was often advised to use a higher SPF sunscreen on his bald head but paid no attention.Wow! He died in the nude?
Not really a good shot as the bird isn't in focus, but I liked the way it showed his wings and coming in to land.
