A friend just made her own pesto (from her garden's albahaca), and we had to get together to try it. It was the best pesto I can remember eating.
We also found a new wonderful wine. I usually do not like cabernet monovarietals, but surco 2.7 is superb.

It’s been a relatively quiet photo week for me. Go out and don’t see a lot of action out there. Birds seem to have found their mates and the flowers aren’t ready for the pollinators yet. So this is another shot of the goslings from a couple weekends ago. The surprising thing (to me) that I noticed is how they have almost full-sized feet already, even though they are 1/4 the size of an adult.
Detailing is my side passion.
