Thank you! I have been taking advantage of having those beautiful azalea bushes right outside my window -- they make a perfect background! For this shot the colors are nice and soft because it was a cloudy, overcast day and that worked nicely in my favor as I used my Voigtlander 35mm f/1.2 lens wide-open to approach my subject, a newly-emerging lily.
I don't know which kind of caterpillar is, but didn't look friendly...
