Nice photo!
All the pink petals remind me of a movie where girls were spreading them in front of a king or prince 's "royal feet" so they would not touch the street ?
They are so beautiful everywhere and make the streets colorful in spite of the rain

What kind of gear did you have while in combat? Were you an assigned photographer?

I started with Canon but dumped them due to issues with one of their Canadian reps and they just were not up to the task. Nikon jumped on board and supplied me with gear from that time on. Freelance photog

I so enjoy this photo of the day thread. I have loved photography all my life and you all put up such beautiful and interesting photos to enjoy. First place I come every morning. IMHO the best topic thread on the whole forum.

I am a retired Navy photographer and now use my enthusiasm and photo skills in my Real Estate businesses and as a hobby. Love having a camera in my pocket all the time because my eyes can't help but see photo opportunities everywhere no matter where I am. I can see that love of photography in all of you also.
