Montezuma's Castle National Monument - Misnamed as was not developed by the Aztecs but the Sinagua who occupied the area around 700AD. Incidentally, this is very easy to reach just off the Interstate between Phoenix and Flagstaff, one exit from the Sedona exit. It makes a great stopping point with restrooms in the visitor center and picnic area.

No, but I can see why you asked that! This is actually a bunch of small packets of Zeiss Lens Wipes (for glasses and other lenses) that I have stashed in the bottom section of one of the clear plastic containers that for a while Apple used for packaging/selling its Apple Mouse. They fit perfectly!

So the other day when it was raining and dreary outside I was in the mood to shoot something and for some reason my eye fell on this, so I grabbed the thing and began experimenting, studying the subject from different angles and perspectives....... Made a few shots. In post-processing I decided that a conversion to B&W would really suit this image, so I jumped into NIK Silver Effex and did the deed.

I love messing around with ordinary object(s) and shooting them in a way which makes them look quite different while creating an unusual and distinctive image.

We could see that purplish cast to the sky with the naked eye, but our phones and cameras with longer exposures really brought out the action.

While driving to Tokyo with my family I looked out the window to notice this older senior citizen gentlemen, reading a newspaper while Waiting for the traffic to move. I never seen this happen before this to me quite dangerous.

Brought my DSLR, but this kind of opportunity was something I'd never done and I'm not satisfied with what I got with it. I got better from my iPhone 13 mini, such as this one. I had a tough time deciding which one was best to share here: I've got three or four that stand out to me as the best representatives of a kind of shot I got. I liked picking up some reflection on the water on this one.

This is my 3-week old granddaughter's infamous scowl that she always has. Grandma (that's me) says it's because she's so smart and inquisitive when the truth is, she's probably filling her diaper!
