There are, but I kind of over did it on the vino last night for my birthday so it slowed me down :-(
You are old enough to know better...but then I say that to myself every year... Congratulations - look forward to seeing what you can capture.

Was out walking in a local park and saw this hottie.

I've been working a lot lately with the available extensions in Photos from Affinity and (mostly) MacPhun. If you haven't used them, they're worth a look as they add a tremendous amount of functionality back to the tool in a reasonably frictionless way. Local edits, layers, brushes, gradient tool, de-haze, better noise reduction, better black and white, much better healing/cloning, lots of filters/effects and the like. DXO is coming out with extensions too so they may provide lens correction stuff (I don't know). I really like the idea of best-of-breed developers adding to the tool. It's still early days yet. Affinity's stuff is very much beta but a ton of promise - they are doing really, really good stuff right now. MacPhun's stuff is fantastic as standalone tools and they're doing a great job with the first release of extensions. Pixelmator has a distort extension and I'm assuming more on the way and Iridient has an "Open in Iridient" extension that is an interesting concept but still needs some thought and I probably would rather have Apple build that in to core Photos.
