I am sure I work with this guy! :)

This is a lovely picture. Such beautiful detail and a lovely calm expression

Thanks, Kenoh -- I think we have all worked with "that guy" at some point!

Same fella in a different pose today. I don't fancy the lighting as much in this one, but I like the eye contact.

Another stunner. Very nice with the eye contact indeed. I was going to ask if you took it close up but the lens and TC answered that question.

If it were close up I would have been curious to know how that big fella reacted to a couple of grands worth of Nikons finest being pointed at him! :)

Had some fog this morning.

Beautiful light and atmosphere. The light peeking through beneath the gate (and the accompanying shadows) really make it stand out to me.

This is wonderful. Great capture!

Thank you, both. I gave the photo a light crop, but the gorilla was reasonably close, all things considered -- about 10 meters if I had to guesstimate (I can't find to seem to find the info in my metadata). As far as his reaction, he didn't seem very impressed. Although he did turn around and go into a bodybuilding pose with both arms at one point. With the teleconverter, I was too close to get both arms flexing, but did get this one.

Very kind indeed! I switched to an A7II recently. I like what Sony is doing.

They certainly seem to be leading the charge when it comes to mirrorless at the moment. I'm still getting used to using mine as I have Fuji muscle memory still :) I'm loving it though.
