I really like these autumnal shots of yours - not the big landscapes but all of the seasonal atmosphere is in the details. keep them coming!

Many thanks - a pretty lacklustre and grey day so B&W seemed a natural. The vantage spot was great so the relatively little compression effect from 300mm (full frame) was good enough.

Must have been a fairly stiff crosswind.

Manchester Ian. You can tell that from the extensive grey weather....A good spot on a public path that passes the end of one of the runways. This was with my 70-300mm lens at 300mm handheld.

Flying into MAN in a couple of weeks with the family to see Mum ... If I get the time maybe I'll look for it.
