My Veterans Day project was to restore my father's military photo that had been taped to the inside lid of a cedar chest for decades and in a poor condition. In addition to yellowing and fogging of some of the emulsion, there were areas of white streaks coming down the photo in several areas. Easier to show as a two photo "before-after" but since the rules are one photo, only showing the "after", but moderator if this is an exception let me know and will edit to add the "before." Obviously, I didn't take the original as it was before I was born, however, what is shown is the result of two scans - left and right sides - then reassembling the original panorama size to begin the restoration. Still has some work to do, such as the yellow tint of the ground in the center and perhaps lighten overall, but happy with it as is.
