Inspired by @soulreaver99 post. This picture combines my life as a medical student…staring at Notability on my iPad and doing Anki cards on my Mac all day, every day, as well as the Christmas decor that my wife loves (and does especially for our daughters).

Oh, it's not that it is a Christmas photo....just that on the first of the month we start a new POTD thread. ? So you should post your out of focus ornament in the December thread since today is December 1st. Does that make sense? We roll to the new thread each month.
