We only had 5 acres, but surrounded by farm land and woods. Amen to roll bars, mine had water/calcium filled rear tires tires which made it pretty stable on our land. It's one of a few.... this one is a Kubota L4701 HST with a backhoe on the rear and I also have a Ventrac 4500P.
With 35 acres you need to have large equipment (with roll bars)
Yup the Kubota has liquid filled tires so it is pretty stable but since we are in the mountains we have some very steep slopes and for that we have a tractor that is low to the ground and has 8 tires. I just posted a photo of the rear.We only had 5 acres, but surrounded by farm land and woods. One of the farmers who plowed the next to us had a brand new monster John Deere with eight tires and articulated in the center. Beautiful machine.Yup the Kubota has liquid filled tires so it is pretty stable but since we are in the mountains we have some very steep slopes and for that we have a tractor that is low to the ground and has 8 tires. I had a polydactyl. Bagel. Best cat in the world. Long gone now. When he was outside he was the hunter. When he was inside he turned into a Tribble.A direct decendant of one (or two as the case may be) of Hemmingway's polydactyl cats.

That is one weird ride!
It is for working on extreme slopes... It can have an excavator on it or a mastigator etc etc. All wheels move independently. That is one weird ride!
