So it looks like earlier photos were bounced at the same time as Mondays. It appears that someone resented my posting from a family project, founded in love, to the point where they caused nearly a full page of needless speculation & commentary. All that to save a cumulative total of 1 or 2 seconds to simply scroll past the images which they arrogantly deemed did not fall within their strict interpretation of the 'rules'. I will point out that every one of these images required significant work on my part to convert from slide to digital, then even more where cleanup or adjustments were required. So in that sense those images were indeed mine, by inheritance and by love, time & skill expended.

And yes I'm still a bit PO'd that they went after my photo of a Teddy Bear. IMO that amounted to digging a deep trench in order to set the bar for pettiness that low.

I think you'll find that most of us do not care about strict rules and I personally enjoyed them (the photos). But there are people that are more sticklers and the moderators will follow the rules... May I suggest that you put the photos here so that we can enjoy them and you can enjoy sharing them.

repost your bear photo tomorrow. it was clearly marked.

After seeing yesterdays totally innocent image of a Teddy Bear sacrificed to appease the Gawds of political correctness, I am really struggling to come up with an image sufficiently innocuous to pass inspection. Believe me there is no intent to offend with this image. It is just a cloud, there is no hidden meaning.

The much maligned image which was a victim of the Monday Massacre, leading to yesterdays mild rants.

As I said then it is a work in progress. That version no longer exists. The photo is the same and yes it's still the last frame of the slide show and yes it's still mine. I have changed the text from; 'May God be with you' to what you see here. The Alumni arranged several trips which mom really enjoyed and I decided they deserved that small bit of recognition.

My 2016 MBP died about 6 months ago, so Ive been loading images to my iPad via Canon camera connect and editing in the photos app.

I am guessing you already know that there are a lot of fantastic free and paid photo editing apps for the iPad that have a lot more editing features than the stock photo app? I use Affinity Photo 2 on my M1 iPad Pro 11, and can't use anything else anymore.

Does your Canon connect directly to your iPad and act like an external drive? Nice shot of Chicago and the lake!:)
