@mollyc I found the name of that plant for you! It's Psoralea Pinnata. Blue Pea, or African Scurfpea to you folks across the pond. It's quite leggy & almost blank in the guts of it, with most of the growth on the ends, so it's perfect for planting where it can grow through smaller shrubs, poking up & over them with its gorgeous small blue flowers.
