.. outside the main entrance to the local Rec Centre & Library - nice place for an early-morning stop to catch a little of the day come in.
Lots of rose hips on our Red Leaf Wild Rose. Not quite sure why the leaves are green this lovely fall but there you have it. Again one that is best viewed full size.

I'd like to see a cop giving a ticket to a speeding tank. Geilenkirchen, Germany.
During my internship at a tank bataillon I was told the German military police actually does give tickets to speeding tank drivers. I was 15 years old so it could have been a joke, but on the other hand it was still Germany… Btw on the signs these are weight limits. In the 90‘s, in West Germany, those were everywhere including at bridges in small local parks..!
