The Denver Botanic Gardens does Halloween very, very well. They do scary storytelling for adults (the gardens used to be part of a cemetery from the late 1800s) and this: "Glow at the Gardens", where it's all about pumpkins, lights and entertainment for all. They put out thousands of lit and carved pumpkins that get replaced as needed over the course of the week that this event runs. The kids are watching a couple of folks carving pumpkins off-camera.

I’ve just come across a video channel featuring a professional photographer who examines how phone cameras perform. In this particular video, he’s comparing the iPhone 16 Pro with the Vivo X100 Ultra in low light conditions. I must admit, I’d never heard of Vivo before. I thought I’d share it here, as we’re all keen on photography.

Well, I couldn't manage to get that 'erasing' done with an iPhone 11, but I could quite easily do it with my wife's POCO X6 Pro, which is nearly a quarter of the price (26%) of the iPhone 15, which won't allow that 'erasing' in the EU. The POCO X6 Pro has HyperOS, which resembles iOS but comes with many more features. What a peculiar world we live in!
Since I found that Mi AI "erasing" feature in my wife's POCO X6 Pro, I've been playing around with photos, I've taken with that phone, most times erasing out people off them. It's quite interesting how what's behind the erased person/objects appears on the photo, as though that person was never there.
