You nailed that one ! Nice job !!!
Cheers. Tried the same shot earlier in the day and it was atrocious. needed the near-sunset lighting. It's obviously a good time of day given the number of wedding group photos being taken by professionals. If you look closely to the right of the fountain, one such party is present.
[doublepost=1475229606][/doublepost]This spot would be a lot nicer in a couple of weeks with some autumn colours. Take what you can I suppose. Comments always appreciated.

Thanks, guys! That means a lot to me coming from some dudes who post some pretty awesome photos yourselves!

Genuine. I am.heading over to the US in a little over a month. I hope I can get anything anywhere near as nice on my trip. If I do I will be over the moon!

The folksinger, attempt two, without a ruddy great microphone in the the way of the face.

Well done; better angle, and nice expression caught.

He still has his mouth very close to the microphone, as singers tend to do, but his face is all there.

When I took the picture of Haroula Rose (#210 on page 9) I waited quite a while until she momentarily pulled back just slightly, which made all the difference. I impatiently snapped more, anticipating a moment that didn't come, but in the end got what I wanted.
