Yes it's Huntington Beach. I've only visited piers on the West coast but it's still one of my favorites. You usually see a number of photographers there around sunset.

Now that you said it, I went to check it is indeed stated 1/33 s, but I turned on night mode and it said 1 s on the phone at that instant.😁Really nice shot but the metadata says 1/33 sec. exposure. Had you set exposure time in the camera app?

Perhaps it's the computational photography in Night Mode taking multiple shots and combining them for the final shot - EXIF reports the time of an individual shot?
