'Dark Matter' .. a dark & delicious brew from Hoyne Brewing Co (Victoria, BC) .. nice to see it's now sold in the gov't liquor stores here.

This time of year, to my mind, nothing beats some rich and tasty porter or stout, or those luscious dark beers from Belgium (or, indeed, from Founder's).
Here’s to the upcomming season in Austria, just need more snow. This was on the Belgian coast a few weeks ago.

What actually is the beer? I am unable to read the label.
Its Equilibrium Brewery Mallard Reaction, Imperial stout with Banana, Caramel, Madagascar Vanilla and Lactose. Very much like a banana's foster dessert
Sounds perfect for a day in deepest, darkest, dreariest, winter.
I know that this delightful beverage hails from Founder's and is named for that situation where one casts aspersions on the origins of the gentleman's birth, but which specific adjective accompanies the aspersion, as I am unable to read it?
