Shame to hear about the burgled 8... Love evos, one of the cars I am thinking to get once I feel like having a "fun" car again.... I need another 4g63 in my life again :cool:
Currently enjoying the reliability and gas milage of a civic :eek:

You lucky Europeans and your cool versions of sports cars like this. I love the evo's but they made the American version so crappy I can't even look at them any more.

That is a sick car.

I know, I've seen you post there. I am also running UUC sways, they were my first suspension mod. I'd check over there for the currently favored brand if you're thinking of adding them to your car.

Kris's car is on coilovers (TCKline?) while mine is on Eibach pro kits and Koni sport shocks. His car runs in a higher class than mine at autoX as he has more suspension modifications than I do.

I hate this thread, and others like it .... every time I save up enough cash to get a nice car, I go to the dealership and I test drive, I do research online, I negotiate a good deal and then always end up walking away.

I end up telling myself ... "This money could be a down payment on a new lot, or a new building, or reduce the mortgage on an existing one."

I should have milked my parents more when I had the chance. I let them off pretty easy. :D

oh well at least bikes are still cheap.

Yea was a right f**ker, loved that car. I'm lucky enough to only use it at the weekend and have a company fuel card :p

I really like the SLS, especially in matte silver like that one. Originally, I was just going to reply saying that, but then I noticed that the image was hotlinked to AutoTrader, and, well..... I think, given the history of this thread, we know the rest.

My parents were gracious enough to buy me this. In gorgeous white-gold. Photos are a few months old, but what the hell. Nothing new but an Apple sticker and tint. :rolleyes:

Really glad I went with a 2010 vs. 2011 model-year Jetta. 2011's got cheapened up on the inside and the outside got kinda ugly.

Still jealous of my dad's 2010 Audi A5 and my younger brother's 2007 BMW 325i (Air Force kid, go figure). My next car will definitely be an Audi - I need that Quattro action for this crappy weather we get in Colorado.
