did my oil change yesterday, emptied my oil catch can as well, washed the car, dried and took her out for a spin. Snapped a photo while I was out.

Dyno run of my engine swapped '88 BMW 325is:
E30 M50 Swap Dyno Vid
Did it because a new shop opened up somewhat near me and offered it for $25. Otherwise I really would not have cared. Unfortunately it now has me caring :-D
Internet armchair engineers think this "simple" swap combo should hit 200 rwhp, actually its about 30 less according to this dyno. I'm disappointed but not surprised. I guess its time to stroke it or turbo it ;-) 250rwhp would be my goal if I do decide to tinker. HOWEVER I really am quite satisfied with the setup as is. It should be perfect for AutoX and my rookie skills as it can still toss me out of the corner if I am not caressing the throttle. ;-)

Thanks mate!.. was stuck choosing between a bmw 328 and the merc and went with this.. though i love beamers i feel the 3 series is way too common and bland looking in comparison...

Hahaha. That would just be nutty...Would be fun, but I want it daily drivable as well... Not a fan of turbo due to the increased parts count, and I think it's cooler to have a NA engine that produces mucho smooth torque. Too bad its too cost restrictive (for me) to toss in an LS7 engine
It'll only get stroked once I buy an E30 or E46 M3 so I have a car to drive while the other is on the lift. I've scrapped the idea of a Z4M...unless it falls in my lap. I'd have just as much fun with a cheaper M car.

I had the Acura emblem left off my front bumper when the car was repainted a couple years ago. Nothing to be ashamed of, I just think it looks better without it.

While I left most of my brand logo on, I debadged the model emblems because it looks alot cleaner that way (and all the kids are doing it nowadays
)Same truck as last year, but with a few newer mods done. I've put MagnaFlow Duel Exhaust and a Volant CAI on the truck.

That looks fairly catastrophic. Did the car following push you into the car in front of you? Your car is light enough and has good enough brakes that stopping shouldn't be much of a problem for you under most conditions.
Came round a bend following the 306. Stationary Mercedes in the fast lane. She failed to stop and smacked into the back of it. I failed to stop (although got closer to it than she did) and ran into the back of her. Then the small van ran into the back of me. Car is going to the garage for an estimate on repairs. Then insurance have to make a call on whether it's a write-off or not.
Before I bought my Camaro... I was actually looking at the Challenger. However, beautiful looks... Horrible everything else. The car is so darn heavy that the HP/Torque is neglected.
