Picture Of Your Car (2016)

We hate car payments so we always buy used, older cars, as we need them. We've only owned 3 in the last 14 years and we are on our third. Got an 89 Legend when we had the first kid. Went to a 99 Explorer when we had the 2nd and kept it for the third. Now that we had the fourth, we had to buy this 04 Explorer. This time, my wife wanted some bigger wheels because we recently got into some light off roading. Pretty happy how this thing looks, but even more happy with the three row seating and even the 1 and 2 settings that adjusts the seat and mirrors to my wife and I. The kids love it, but probably not as much as my wife. I'm just super happy that they all love it so much.

Next time we spend a few thousand on a car, I'm gonna paint and tune the Legend.

Not as cool as a lot of the cars in here, but it's utility as possible. The leaks are from the older Explorer. Gotta replace the rack and pinion.

Hahaha, YES IT IS. I'm so used to saying explorer because it was out last vehicle and we still own it. Thank you for catching that.

Through some headlight covers on it to see if we wanted to tint the headlights, or get the smoked headlights.

These ones look cool, but wayyyyyyy to dark. I don't choose looks over function and would hate to endanger others, for the sake of looks. So these are coming off, in exchange for smoked or tinted, light enough to not matter.

Definitely look too dark. See a lot of cars with darkened tails and I get that it looks cool, especially on darker finishes, I feel like it definitely impacts visibility.

Yes, I agree. I can't stand drivers with no regard for others, which is why they are off now. Blacked out inner light walls with clear lenses are the safer route. Those things were waaaaaay too dark.
