I'm sorry if this isn't the right thread for this but are the camera issues a real concern on the 14PM? I just upgraded today from a 12. I've heard from some people their photos turn out blurry but these all look excellent from what I can tell.

The focal length is different on the iPhone 14 compared to iPhone 11 and 12. More often than not people are making a mistake in terms of that. There’s also a noticeable framing shift when the camera switches between lenses but In general the cameras are fine.

Yep exactly! I faced the same issue, it’s due to the focal length being different to what we’re used to. A lot of reviewers are saying that they had the same issue on the 13 Pro series but I can’t say I noticed it as much with my 13 Pro Max as I’m noticing it with the 14 Pro Max.

Haha. Just learned that it's called the antisolar point:

"The antisolar point is the abstract point on the celestial sphere directly opposite the Sun from an observer's perspective.[1] This means that the antisolar point lies above the horizon when the Sun is below it, and vice versa. On a sunny day, the antisolar point can be easily found; it is located within the shadow of the observer's head. Like the zenith and nadir, the antisolar point is not fixed in three-dimensional space, but is defined relative to the observer. Each observer has an antisolar point that moves as the observer changes position."
