Set up my new 15 Pro tonight, coming from a 14 Pro. Whether or not I’ll see much differences & improvements we’ll see. Looking forward to testing the cameras out in the coming days!

Some great photos & tips in here 😁

You'll be surprised at how good it handles dynamic range now, so much better than my 14 Pro when I upgraded to a 15 Pro. Also, shooting at a default of 24mp makes photos look much much better without adding any artificial sharpening.

Good to hear you’ve seen improvements doing the same upgrade. The dynamic range was definitely an issue with the 14 Pro, and the default 24mp grabbed my attention as I always had to remember to change to 48mp heif on 14 Pro for better photos over the 12mp default.

Freaking awesome, i really need to get back into lightroom, its been about 6/7 years since i've messed with it, and i even have the adobe subscription that i pay for yearly
Well thank you for that awesome compliment!!! I always shoot ProRAW and edit in Lightroom mobile on my iPhone or iPad, mostly on my iPhone. I have purchased a lot of presets, changed those presets and saved them to my liking and use. I also uploaded a raw iPhone file to my desktop from each camera and edited them on my desktop to where it looked great on a large monitor. I then copied those settings as I edited the same files on my iPhone and made a preset. That way I have a base to work with depending on which lens / camera used.

If you have the 15 pro max, take in mind that the 5x camera has a minimum focus distance of 53.15 inches. Or 4ft 5 inches. Any closer and the 1x camera takes over and digital zooms to match the 5x. I think the 1x has a minimum focus of 8 inches.

Hopefully you’ll get back into Lightroom soon.
